This segment displays improvements being made to the Veterans MLS program.

veterans, to use Veterans MLS as much as you like. Matter of fact, get your office
staff to load all the office listings here. 

Think about it --- if you're not already, you soon could become the top office in your
area for serving Veterans --- all because of this FREE website.

7-11-08  If you want to list a lease purchase option, in the Home For Sale and the Home For Rent
modules, we have created a lease-purchase field you can check to show that the lease purchase
option applies.  If you select lease purchase, be sure to also fill in the Purchase price, Rent amount,
lease terms, and down payment fields as well.  Note:  DO NOT use commas when entering prices! 

7-07-08   Owner Financing Option is added to the "Home For Sale" and "Lease Purchase" Listing Input Forms.
              "Owner Financing" will appear in the Miscellaneous section of the listing display, but only if the
              "Owner Financing" option block was checked when the listing was input.

6-30-08  Greatly expanded the number of featured listing on the home page from 5 to 14!  
             More exposure for your properties and you notice the listing rotate every time the page is accessed.

6-30-08   Finally Fixed Virtual Tour coding so it is functional (sorry for the inconvenience)

6-29-08   RE Agents can now "Add an Agent Photo" to your Profile  (If you registered prior to the agent
              photo addition, you can still click on "My Profile" in the left menu and when your profile comes up, 
              you can add your Agent Photo at this time!  Don't forget to SAVE CHANGES!   

6-26-08   Updated List of Military Bases to include Overseas Commands

6-20-08   Expanded Listing Photos to 15 maximum (remember the first one you list should be the exterior
              photo of the home)

Remember, as Real Estate Professionals, our job is to do all we can to assist our
